
- Title Field – enter the name of role here
- Roles – allows selection of roles for the user
- [ADD] – adds the role to the Current Roles list
- [CANCEL] – cancels the add/modify admin role process
Type of Actions to Assign to a Role
- Create – shows whether or not the role can perform this task
- Delete – shows whether or not the role can perform this task
- Edit – shows whether or not the role can perform this task
- Publish – shows whether or not the role can perform this task
- Approve – shows whether or not the role can perform this task
- Suppress – shows whether or not the role can perform this task
- Submit – shows whether or not the role can perform this task

- Title – list of the names of all roles added to the system
- Delete Role – allows deletion of the role -
Please Note: If you have users assigned to a certain role you will not be able to delete it.
- Edit Role – allows editing or changing of the role -

- Role Actions – each role has a set of actions which are marked -
