Administrative Access

Manage Administrative Roles in Kalibrate

 1. Add/Modify Admin Roles

  • Title Field – enter the name of role here
  • Roles – allows selection of roles for the user
     
  • [ADD] – adds the role to the Current Roles list
  • [CANCEL] – cancels the add/modify admin role process
     

     Type of Actions to Assign to a Role 

  • Create – shows whether or not the role can perform this task
  • Delete – shows whether or not the role can perform this task
  • Edit – shows whether or not the role can perform this task
  • Publish – shows whether or not the role can perform this task
  • Approve – shows whether or not the role can perform this task
  • Suppress – shows whether or not the role can perform this task
  • Submit – shows whether or not the role can perform this task 
     

2. Current Roles Setup in the System

  • Title – list of the names of all roles added to the system
  • Delete Role – allows deletion of the role -edit content block
    Please Note: If you have users assigned to a certain role you will not be able to delete it.
  • Edit Role – allows editing or changing of the role - edit content block
  • Role Actions – each role has a set of actions which are marked - edit content block
     
  • [UPDATE] – updates the role information
  • [CANCEL] – cancels the add/modify admin role process
