Kalibrate User Guides

1. Assign a User

• Select a Group – choose the access group
• Select a User – choose the user
• Assign to a Role – choose the role to assign to the user
   
• [ASSIGN] – assign user to the access group and role specified
   

2. Users & Groups Not Being Used

• Groups Unassigned - list of the groups not assigned to a user or role in the system
• Users Unassigned - list of the users not assigned to a group or role in the system 
   

3. Current Users Assigned to a Group

• User's Name -  list of the users assigned to the selected access group.
• Roles - shows the assigned to the user in this access group.
• Status - shows whether the user's account is enabled or disabled in the system.
   
• Delete User – allows deletion of the user -
• Edit User - allows editing or changing of the assignment-
